Success Story: The People Link Helps Physical Therapy Practice Find Qualified Candidates Quickly
The Challenge
Before contacting The People Link, the practice had already tried to recruit a physical therapist through its internal system. The job postings were distributed to Indeed, but the practice received very few applicants and was having difficulty generating meaningful interest in the position.
