ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
The People Link is recruiting for a doctor-owned, 100% fee-for-service family practice in Lubbock, TX. The practice is booked about six months out, with a 5-star rating across roughly 200 patient reviews. No DSO, no production quotas, no insurance grind: you make clinical decisions chairside and practice under your own name. There’s a real ownership conversation at about 18 months for the right person.

I've been recruiting for thirty years, and these days dental is what I mostly do. I place dentists and every kind of specialist and the people around them too: hygienists, dental assistants, office managers, and operations managers. My clients come from private practices, group practices, non-profits, FQHCs, and DSOs.

Compensation:
$180k/year +. $950 daily min or 30% of collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Growth and ownership. We’re expanding into additional space we own, taking the office from 6 operatories to 11, and plan to open more offices regionally. You’ll help shape that growth. For the right person, we’ll revisit an ownership path around 18 months in. It isn’t guaranteed, but it’s a real conversation.
The role.
Full general dentistry. We don’t currently offer ortho or implant placement. The office is equipped with up-to-date dental equipment, including digital scanning and integrated digital imaging, and runs on Dentrix, Dentsply Sirona Orthophos S (Pano + Cone Beam); Dentsply Sirona Prime Scan; Kavo Handpieces; ADEC Chairs. You will work with 1 Dentist, 3 Hygienists (2 pt, 1 ft), 3 assistants, and a front desk team. Will add another hygienist and assistant for you.

Fee-for-service experience is required. This is a 100% fee-for-service, out-of-network practice, and we’re looking only for dentists whose experience is in fee-for-service private practice.
