ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a well-rounded general dentist capable of providing comprehensive restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, dentures, implant restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency care. Experience with implant placement, Invisalign, oral surgery, and advanced procedures is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will confidently diagnose, develop comprehensive treatment plans, educate patients, and help them understand and complete necessary treatment. We value clinical excellence, efficiency, productivity, and compassionate patient care.

We seek a dependable, motivated, clinically skilled dentist who arrives on time, maintains an efficient schedule, and takes ownership of patient care and clinical outcomes.

We value initiative, accountability, professionalism, emotional maturity, and a positive attitude. You will recognize that excellent patient care, patient satisfaction, efficient operations, and practice profitability are shared responsibilities. We want someone who contributes to a peaceful, productive workplace and is committed to building a successful long-term career with our practice.

We expect strong productivity, sound clinical judgment, accurate documentation, timely completion of treatment, and appropriate follow-up.

You must work cooperatively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, treat everyone respectfully, accept constructive feedback, and help resolve problems rather than create conflict.
