Outpatient Physical Therapist

From: The People Link Corp
Description: Hiring now a Physical Therapist, new grad or experienced, in a long established private physical therapy clinic serving Post Falls, ID, and Northern Idaho.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Family-owned physical therapy clinic committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care that prioritizes each patient's comfort and clinical needs.

The clinic in Post Falls features well-equipped facilities and a highly trained staff dedicated to delivering professional, measurable results for every recovery journey.

Serving the Post Falls community since 1995, we are proud to support our local neighbors with high-quality physical therapy services across North Idaho. Our team blends professional expertise with a compassionate approach, ensuring patients have a clear, connected path back to their active lifestyle.

Why you should come work for us:

We are a family-owned and PT led outpatient practice that has served North Idaho for more than 30 years.

What differentiates us is that we are intentional about creating an environment where clinicians can provide excellent care without being pushed into the high volume, burnout driven model that has become common in outpatient physical therapy.

Our Physical Therapists typically see approximately 9 to 10 patients per day rather than 13 to 14 or more. We build dedicated documentation time into the workday, provide manageable patient volumes, and want our clinicians to have the time to think through treatment, build relationships with patients, and provide individualized care.

We do not want employees regularly going home after a full day of treatment only to spend their evening completing documentation.

Because we are locally owned by a physical therapist and his family, decisions are made by people who understand what it is actually like to treat patients.

We are not answering to private equity investors or a distant corporate organization. Our clinicians have a voice, have direct access to leadership, and are treated as important members of the long term future of the practice.

Compensation:
$85,000 to $90.000.
Benefits offered:
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% match
  • $2000/year CE allowance
  • Paid time off
  • Life insurance
