ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you up for a challenging and rewarding position as the Dental Office Manager that will run and grow a fabulous dental practice near Waco, TX?
We are looking for an experienced and successful Dental Office Manager with experience in running a multi-doctor dental practice to help take this office to the next level.
You should be capable of managing and leading a great team with over 150 years of combined experience, possessing exceptional attitude, ability, and aptitude.
In addition, experienced at scheduling to goal, doing financial arrangements on complex cases including All-on-X cases in the $50K to $70K range, problem solving, trainable, coachable, and capable of learning new software in order to train others to achieve office goals daily, weekly, monthly, and annually!
Your responsibilities will include all responsibilities of an experienced office manager: clinic administration, and basically running the business to improve profitability and value and help grow the practice to maximize its full potential.
This job also may have potential for growth into a position of Operations Manager.
