Physical Therapist (PT)

From: The People Link Corp
Description: Urgently hiring a Physical Therapist in a long established private Physical Therapy clinic serving Delray Beach, FL.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

A different kind of physical therapy office, one that demonstrates professional ethics, clinical expertise, and personal commitment of the independent private practitioner to deliver the best value and the highest level of service to the patients.

We have a wonderful team where everyone genuinely enjoys working together and supports one another.

We have created a nurturing environment for people who are passionate about what they do, regardless of their position. Most importantly, our team truly cares about our patients and views Physical Therapy as much more than just a job.

We provide extensive mentorship and support to help every team member grow and succeed.

Why you should come work for us:

Join a practice led by fellow physical therapists, where your clinical development and career goals are a priority, not the interests of a large corporation or disconnected management.

Enjoy a flexible work environment with personalized attention to your scheduling and professional goals.

You will receive mentorship from a current University of Miami Physical Therapy  professor, with the potential to serve as a summer lab assistant after your first year for those interested in teaching or earning additional income.

The practice has an excellent reputation among local referral sources, resulting in strong referrals with “evaluate and treat” orders.

We are also transitioning to AI-assisted documentation to reduce administrative burden and give therapists more time to focus on patient care.

Compensation:
$85k - $90k/year or $50 - $58 per diem 1099.
Benefits offered:
  • Stipend towards health insurance
  • 401(k) with matching
  • $2000/year CE allowance
  • 10 PTO, 3 sick, 6 national holidays.
  • Sign-On bonus

Our staff works very well together, so being a positive, cooperative team player is important.

A good sense of humor is always welcome, and we value people who bring a positive attitude and a low-drama approach to the workplace.

Your responsibilities will be to deliver physical therapy to the best of your abilities to a variety of patients with orthopedic diagnoses, neck and back pain, and post-surgery rehab.

You will have 2 patients per hour and a full one hour for evals. Your patients will stay as your patients through the entire healing process.
