General Dentist

From: The People Link Corp
Description: Immediate General Dentist opening in a private family dental practice built around comprehensive care in Columbia, SC.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Compensation:
Est. $350,000/year. $1000 daily min first 3 months, then 30% of production.
Benefits offered:
  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • 401(k) with 5% match
  • $1500 CE allowance

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a General Dentist who is curious, motivated to continually learn, and excited about providing comprehensive care rather than simply treating one tooth at a time.

A Practice Built Around Comprehensive Care

Our approach begins with listening. We take the time to understand our patients' concerns, goals, health, and expectations and then help them understand what modern dentistry can offer.

We encourage our dentists to think broadly about treatment and to develop comprehensive solutions when appropriate. You don't have to know how to perform every procedure on day one. What matters most is that you are willing to learn, collaborate, and recognize the possibilities that comprehensive dentistry can provide.

The practice utilizes advanced technology and evolving approaches to patient care, including:

  • AI-assisted imaging and X-ray analysis
  • CBCT imaging
  • 3D printing
  • Ozone therapy
  • SMART amalgam removal protocols
  • Myofunctional therapy available in-house
  • And other emerging products, technologies, and treatment approaches

Our dentists regularly discuss cases and treatment options with one another. We value an environment where doctors can ask questions, share ideas, and learn from each other rather than practicing in isolation.

Who We're Looking For

We are interested in a dentist who:

  • Enjoys learning and continually expanding their clinical knowledge
  • Is interested in full-mouth, comprehensive care rather than single-tooth dentistry alone
  • Takes time to understand a patient's true goals and concerns
  • Can explain treatment options clearly and thoughtfully
  • Enjoys collaborating with other dentists
  • Is open-minded about new technology, materials, and treatment approaches
  • Is willing to learn procedures or techniques that are outside their current skill set
  • Takes pride in providing excellent, individualized patient care

A GPR or AEGD is not required, although advanced training or experience with comprehensive dentistry is a plus.

Why you should come work for us:

Flexibility

We recognize that the right dentist may have different goals and preferences. Our schedule and working structure are flexible for the right candidate, and we are willing to discuss an arrangement that works for both the doctor and the practice.

This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice dentistry thoughtfully, continue growing clinically, and work alongside other doctors who share that philosophy.

If you are looking for a practice where curiosity, collaboration, comprehensive care, and the patient's overall health matter, we'd like to talk with you.
