ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient physical therapy company with multiple locations in Arizona is seeking a Physical Therapist for our team in Prescott, AZ.

We do not use techs, aides or assistants - so all treatment is provided and overseen by a licensed physical therapist.

As a family-owned private practice, our emphasis is finding talented professionals with a passion for their work.  We only hire individuals possessing the highest level of clinic and interpersonal skills who strive to make positive contributions in the clinic and the community.  We realize the success of our practice lies within the strength of our team.  Whether you are just beginning your career or searching for a change, we are interested in hiring the best.

Our patient population includes young adults and up, serviced by our Physical Therapists utilizing dry needling, manual techniques, and therapeutic activities to return to function.

We are looking for someone who is personable, a team player, a good communicator, and has a willingness to learn and grow.  We want our therapists to give the patient something they cannot get at home - hands on or direct interaction with each patient at every visit.

Specific qualities appreciated:

  • Stays current with evidence-based research and integrates best practices into patient care.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in managing changing schedules and patient care demands.
  • Confidently evaluates and treats a diverse patient population with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Applies clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Completes documentation accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner;
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
Why you should come work for us:

Our clinics feature an open-concept treatment space that fosters teamwork, allowing therapists to collaborate in real time to deliver the highest quality patient care and outcomes.

Join a team of friendly, approachable therapists who value collaboration, enjoy working together, and foster a positive, supportive workplace. Our team frequently connects outside the clinic through social events and activities, creating strong relationships that enhance our work environment.

We believe in providing high-quality patient care without overloading our therapists' schedules. Rather than emphasizing excessive productivity, we set a reasonable benchmark that supports both excellent patient outcomes and clinic success.

Therapists who average 11 patients per day (approximately 44 quality treatment units per day) are eligible for a weekly productivity/profit-sharing bonus. Currently, therapists meeting this benchmark earn an additional $120 per week, with higher bonus tiers available for increased productivity (e.g., 48 units per day average = $240 bonus).

This program rewards efficiency and quality while maintaining a manageable workload.

Our clinics are staffed exclusively by licensed Physical Therapists—no aides, technicians, or assistants. Scheduling on the half hour, with one hour for evaluations and for patients that require a more one-on-one approach, such as balance deficits, vestibular diagnoses, etc.
