ABOUT THE POSITION

Prosperous, upscale private dental practice is seeking an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills for a fast-paced and rewarding Dental Office Manager role for a tentative start date of May - June this year.

The Office Manager's role is to bring the company’s patient-centric mission to life through implementation and maintaining processes consistent with the core values, vision, and tenets of the company. The goal of the Office Manager position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

You will be joining a smooth running team of professionals in a state-of-the-art facility with up-to-date equipment in a pleasant and welcoming environment where patient-centered care is our top priority.

We are looking for an individual with excellent social and interpersonal skills, and very high-level communication skills who is able to handle any kind of situation in an office and basically be a respected leader. You should have experience in people management.

Specific responsibilities will include (not a complete list):

  • Overseeing implementation of clinical systems in line with parallel strategy for the office to allow for consistent production and collections in alignment with the company’s annual objectives, quarterly targets, and monthly goals. 
  • Oversee the focus of the company’s patient-centric mission while assuring progress of the company’s annual objectives, quarterly targets, and monthly goals.
  • Implementing policies, systems & frameworks that build and protect company’s tenets. 
  • Report metrics on annual objectives, quarterly targets, and monthly goals. 
  • Provide systems of operations the company needs for onboarding, training, and hiring with the Director of Operations.

Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical compliance and regulations.
  • Knowledge of medical billing.
  • Able to consistently deliver results by the direction established by the Director of Operations.
  • Ability to set goals and design executable goals with achievable deadlines.
  • Completes deadlines on time.
