ABOUT THE POSITION

Well established family dental practice is seeking to add a long term General Dentist to our team in Hubbard.

We are looking for a doctor with two to three years of experience in general dentistry, particularly someone comfortable with a broad scope of procedures.

Experience in exodontics, endodontics, and implantology is especially encouraged, though not required. We recognize that no two doctors are the same, and we’re committed to investing in training and mentorship to help associates grow in areas where they want to improve.

From day one, you will be paired with an experienced dental assistant. As your schedule fills, your confidence grows, and your patient base expands, we will add a second assistant to your team.

Our long-term model is two full-time assistants per doctor. This approach ensures:

  • Better efficiency and productivity
  • Strong continuity of care for patients
  • Consistency and trust within the dental team

To support this growth, we plan to hire at least two additional dental assistants during the associate onboarding and patient-base development phase. We intentionally aim to keep associates working with experienced assistants, so you are supported clinically and not slowed down by constant staff turnover.

Our philosophy is simple: when doctors are well-supported, patients win — and so does the practice.

We are committed to staying current with modern dental technology that improves clinical outcomes, efficiency, and the patient experience. We actively invest in tools that support comprehensive care, patient education, and doctor satisfaction.

From a community standpoint, Hubbard is a stable, underserved market. At one point there were five separate dental offices in town; today, we are the only remaining practice, and we don’t see new competition on the horizon. That creates a unique opportunity for an associate to step into a full schedule quickly and build long-term patient relationships without fighting for chair time.

Why you should come work for us:

Culture matters to us. We've learned that when values and philosophy align, everyone thrives, doctors, team members, and patients. When they don’t, it creates unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with associates who feel at home here and want to grow with us.

Our associates receive 40–50 new patients per month and have full ownership of their care. We don’t reassign patients or play production games, what you diagnose, you treat. We believe strongly in continuity of care, clinical trust, and supporting doctors as they build lasting patient relationships.

We invest heavily in our people and our practice, advanced technology, modern systems, and ongoing training, so our doctors can focus on doing great dentistry in an environment that supports both professional growth and work-life sustainability.
