Private 100% Fee For Service dental practice with 2 locations in and near York, PA.
Compensation:First year salary $200k, 35% of collection minus 35% of lab. Income potential to $450k. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Enjoy the benefits of working in a 100% Fee For Service private dental practice and work towards owner equity delivering general dentistry to patients of all ages.
Our 2 practices in York and Hallam deliver a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, and complex reconstruction (Pankey, Spear, Kois, AACD, PAC Live). Our skilled doctors also provide implant placement and reconstruction (Misch implant continuum, FICOI). Dental Sleep Medicine (Triple Board Certification), Lip and Tongue Tie Revision.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess diagnostic and treatment planning skills enabling them to operate in a higher level, comprehensive private practice setting. This individual will function principally in one of our two practices. The candidate for this position must possess strong skills in general dentistry with areas of interest in endodontics and oral surgery.
You should be well-versed in all aspects of general dentistry. Additional areas of interest would be endodontics and exodontia. Strong familiarity with removable prosthetics would be a bonus, particularly implant supported and natural dentition supported over dentures.
You will be allowed to grow within the position. You will have substantial learning support without pressure for production for at least the first year. The senior doctors in both practices possess multiple advanced credentials in specialty areas and would seek to grow the appropriate candidate into those areas of excellence.
Personal qualities we look for would be someone with confidence, compassion, and ability to work with diverse team personalities. Most important for us is the candidate shows a desire and willingness to advance professionally. Expertise in business principles and economic theory is a strong plus.
We are ideally seeking an individual who can in time become a partial owner.
