ABOUT THE POSITION
Here is the opportunity of a lifetime to join a high-end private dental practice, 100% fee for service, to learn the ropes and join in partnership with the owner and eventually buy out and run this fantastic operation yourself as the new owner.
Currently, we deliver all general dentistry and implants, including full arch, All-on-X, with an in-house lab and we are an IV certified facility. In addition, we deliver cosmetic dentistry and fillers, laser dentistry, Invisalign and more.
Patient population is 18-year-olds and older, no pediatrics.
The office has top-notch up-to-date digital equipment including CAD/CAM, 3D printer, laser, IO scanners, CBCT, IO cameras, paperless charts, on-site lab etc., in 7 treatment rooms.
You need to be confident and competent delivering general dentistry and implants, preferably including full arch, All-on-X, but not mandatory.
We are looking for a dentist with integrity, with a willingness to learn and expand professional capacity. You should have a basic understanding of economics and business finance, you will be managing the practice eventually, and above all emotional stability.
We are currently producing $3m - $4m annually in gross revenue.
