Compensation:32% production - 1000 daily minimum - 400,000 plus is realistic. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Pediatric Dentistry practice with a focus on education and prevention is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Columbia, SC.
We are looking for a certified Pediatric Dentist, can be new grad from residency or with several years of experience, and we are looking for someone who is a lifelong learner, with leadership skills, ethics and talent, with a love for children and a desire to create relationships.
Our practice is equipped with up-to-date dental tools including a mill and 3D printer, we have 2 closed treatment rooms and 4 open.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fillings
- Pulpotomies and ideally pulpectomies
- Space maintenance
- Pulp caps - Direct and indirect under isolation
- Scaling in certain circumstances
- Leadership to staff for educational instruction that the provider does not want to do personally but needs to happen - oral hygiene instruction, caries risk assessments, resting tongue posture evaluation, curodont, Silver diamine fluoride (SDF), sealants
Big plus if you are passionate about airway, prevention, and holistic health, we really need someone who can recognize and refer to an appropriate specialist.
