    Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas.
  • Computer Skills Required:
    We use Enorsa: Rehab Therapy Suite (formerly Fusion Web Clinic).

Description: Immediate opening for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, CF or CCC, in private multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Porter, TX, just north of Houston, TX.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Multi-disciplinary pediatric outpatient clinic providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy to patients up to about 21 years old.

Compensation:
$30-$38.46 per hour.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a growing outpatient rehab clinic we are seeking to add a Speech Language Pathologist to our team of amazing professionals in Porter, TX.

We provide out-patient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to children birth-21 years of age primarily, and the occasional adult as well.

The responsibilities of this position would be:

  • Initial/Re- Evaluations
  • Plan of Care Development
  • Treating speech caseload
  • Documentations: Evaluation/Re-Eval report writing, daily treatment notes, Progress notes, and Discharge summaries
  • Cleaning treatment rooms and materials b/w clients
  • Maintaining clean desk space and personal work space
  • Supervision of SLP Assistants, SLP-Interns (CF), and/or Students
