ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dentist who values a positive work environment, a unified team, and a commitment to patient care.  Our well-established dental practice, proudly serving the community since 2003, is seeking a dedicated dentist to join our team during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This positive transformation is not only internal but, we are relocating our practice to a much larger and newer space in the near future.

We are looking for a dentist who shares our vision of providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages.  Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, that enjoys a fast-paced office and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike.

Your responsibilities will include: molar root canal therapy, extractions, crown and bridge and restorative.   More procedure may be introduced by the dentist to the patients, such as Invisalign, implants, full dentures and cosmetic cases.

This is primarily a Medicaid office, providing services to children and adults such as Pediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery (currently referring 3rd molars), Restorative, Fixed Prosthodontics (crown and bridge), Removable Prosthodontics, and more.

Currently, our office has 5 treatment rooms, the new office will have 10 to 12.

Employment with us can be a lot more than a paycheck. The heart needed for some of the disabled patients, Down Syndrome patients and others with special needs or disabilities is big.

We have a heart for the underserved, and in Clermont County and surrounding counties, the providers are few and the need and demand for dental services is great.

Having a dental partner to meet the need in the community would be wonderful.  At the current status, the state reimbursement for Medicaid is fair.  Combined that with our office restructuring, our relocation to a new and larger building and extraordinary unity and positive culture in the office, the right dentist would magnify the good work that is already being done.

Why you should come work for us:

Great Culture: Our staff is unified in their passion for treating patients, creating a supportive, collaborative, and uplifting work environment where teamwork and excellence thrive.

Long History of Service: As a primarily Medicaid office, we’ve been a trusted provider for over 20 years, making a meaningful impact in our community.

Diverse Procedures: While we currently focus on pediatric dentistry due to high demand, we also treat adults with a wide range of services, including endo, extractions, and more. If variety is what you desire, the opportunity here is truly unlimited.

Current Opportunity:

Restructuring for Growth: We are evolving to better serve our community after parting ways with past employees who didn’t share our vision. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking practice that’s committed to excellence and patient-centered care.

Overwhelming Demand: With an unlimited patient population and a growing need for pediatric dentistry, we are seeking additional providers to help meet this demand and expand our services.

Make an Impact: Step into a role where you can focus on pediatric care or explore a variety of procedures with both children and adults. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care.
