Private outpatient company with 6 clinics in Austin and Katy and in between providing a wide range of rehab services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Neurological Rehab, Orthopedic Rehab, and more.

Compensation:
$90 - $100k/year plus bonuses.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing physical therapy practice is seeking a Clinical Director to run our newest location in Bastrop just outside Austin.

We are looking for strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a deep understanding of physical therapy practices and regulations. Other important qualities include compassion, empathy, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. 

You will also provide patient care and ratio of patient care vs management will be worked out.

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of this location.  The director will work with our executive team to strategize and implement clinic optimization plans.  Based on experience, the director will also be responsible for staffing, financial management, and growth strategies for the region.  

We provide outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy to patients ranging from teenagers to seniors.

This is a vibrant and expanding company with already another location in the works to be opened.
