Immediate opening for a General Dentist to start as an Associate with the goal of becoming a partner and eventually buy the practice in central Maine.

Private family dental practice providing general dentistry services to patients of all ages in central Maine.
Compensation:35% of collections, daily min $750 - $1000. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Busy private family dental practice is seeking a general dentist for a long term commitment with the goal of becoming a partner and evetually taking ownership. We deliver basic bread and butter family dentistry and some aligner therapy, some oral surgery, some endo, some implantology, etc., to patients in our city and surrounding communities. We do occasionally do larger implant rehabilitations on people. There is an increased demand for our services.
You will start as an Associate and work your way to partnership, and after 5 years you can take over the practice at half its market value.
The office has been upgraded with brand-new equipment including CBCT, laser, new implant equipment, and more.
Currently we have 5 operatories and one more is being added, utilized by owner/dentist and 3 hygienists and 6 admin staff, some part time. There is room for 8 operatories in total.
Patient population is mostly the elderly, though we service all ages.
We are premier for Delta and fee for service for everyone else.
We are offering a spectacular opportunity, so that the owner can retire in the not too distant future.
