Up for sale is a Family Dental practice serving the communities of Fredericksburg, Jonestown, Lebanon, Hershey, Bethel, Pine Grove and surrounding areas.
Currently there are other dentists in the area retiring and sending their patients to us.
We have been a staple in our community for 38 years, current dentist has been there for 26 years.
We provide general dentistry and same day crown restorations to patients of all ages.
If you are able to provide other specialties, that would further increase your business.
Patient demographies covers the entire spectrum of ages.
Office is conveniently located in the center of town.
Current staff would come with the purchase and they are 2 assistants, 2 hygienists, 1 front desk and 1 Office Manager. Current dentist would stay on as long as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
Sales price is firm $550,000 which is 70% of the average production for the last 3 years.
