Family Dental practice providing complete care for the entire family including Implants, Cosmetics, Dentures, Extractions, Urgent Care, Teeth whitening, Invisalign and Veneers.
Compensation:30% of Collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are the leading dental practice in the greater Ukiah area, an office where our staff are enjoying working together and with our patients.
We deliver general dentistry to the entire family and have done so for the past 30 years. We also have an additional office 20 min north of Ukiah.
Our office is modern, clean and inviting with up-to-date digital equipment.
We are looking for a General Dentist to provide general dentistry to the entire family, including kids.

Why you should come work for us:We have a modern facility (CBCT, CEREC, implant systems, endo systems, fully digital, etc.) and an excellent team and management that does a fantastic job with the day to day duties. There is a very tight knit relationship amongst the team.
The patient base is very friendly and not super demanding. It is just a great little community, out of the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area.
It would be a great place to live (raise a family), especially if you are the outdoorsy type, because you would have access to the Redwoods, the Pacific coast, great hiking, etc.
And if you want a little less rural lifestyle, you can live about 30 minutes south in the heart of Sonoma County wine country (Healdsburg) and commute up. Plus because of the rural area, there is less competition so we have a plethora of new and existing patients.
So while our compensation percentage may be the same as others, the earning potential with us would be higher because of the volume of patients we can provide, as long as the doc works fast enough to see them all.
