Compensation:
$1,100 daily minimum or 33% of collections. Est. $350k+/year.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Prosperous private Pediatric Dentistry practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to add to our team in Southwest Florida. 

We are looking for a dentist who is compassionate, confident, and enjoys building lasting relationships with children and their families. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who values teamwork, approaches each patient with patience and empathy, and is committed to providing the highest standard of care.

About our practice:

  • Established in 2014, we have proudly served the children and families of Lehigh Acres with compassionate, high-quality pediatric dental care.
  • The practice boasts a 45-50% profit margin, driven by consistent influx of around 130 new patients each month. 
  • We deliver Preventive Services, Restorative Services, Nitrous Oxide, Orthodontic Aligners, Non pharmacological behavior management, Education for parents and children regarding the prevention of oral disease.
  • State of the art equipment like Adec, Siemens panoramic machine, and more.
  • We service children up to 21 years of age.
  • Continuous source of referrals from a large established Pediatrics office in the same building. 

Responsibilities of the Pediatric Dentist position:

  • Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
  • Routine preventive care 
  • Comprehensive examinations 
  • Diagnosis and treatment planning 
  • Restorative procedures 
  • Stainless steel crowns 
  • Pulp therapy 
  • Extractions 
  • Space maintainers 
  • Emergency treatment 
  • Behavior management using age-appropriate techniques 
  • Educate patients and parents on preventive care and work collaboratively with our team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • You must be available to answer and deal with emergencies at any time.
