ABOUT THE POSITION
Highly successful and growing private dental practice is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our family and cosmetic dentistry practice in Olathe.
Ideal candidate is an experienced, min 4+ years, general dentist who can jump in and produce without hand holding.
Type of dentist we are looking for:
- A clinician who can genuinely connect with a wide range of personalities—matching tone, building rapport, and confidently guiding patients toward understanding and accepting recommended care
- Someone seasoned in the exam room, skilled with patient communication scripts, and able to create a smooth, natural flow throughout the entire clinical experience
Your responsibilities will be to deliver restorative dentistry and some endodontics.
Our practice delivers practically all available dental services including Cosmetics, Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Sleep Apnea, and Emergency Dentistry.
The office is staffed with 24 happy professionals utilizing the latest in dental technology to deliver 5 star service to our patients, mostly 18 years old and up, and to our entire community.
