ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company with multiple locations in Arizona, and we are experts in Pre & Post Orthopedic Surgery, in chronic pain, in Sports and Performance Injuries and in Balance & Deconditioning.
Compensation:$80 - $90k depending on experience. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Growing outpatient physical therapy company with multiple locations in Arizona is seeking a Physical Therapist for our team in Prescott, AZ.
We do not use techs, aides or assistants - so all treatment is provided and overseen by a licensed physical therapist.

Our patient population includes young adults and up, serviced by our Physical Therapists utilizing dry needling, manual techniques, and therapeutic activities to return to function.
We are looking for someone who is personable, a team player, a good communicator, and has a willingness to learn and grow. We want our therapists to give the patient something they cannot get at home - hands on or direct interaction with each patient at every visit.
Specific qualities appreciated:
- Someone who uses current research with feel - the art of physical therapy.
- Able to deal with an ever changing schedule - be adaptable.
- Able to treat a variety of diagnoses.
- Able to stay current with documentation and communicates with patients and families as needed.
- We do not use techs, aides or assistants - so need to be able to manage all patients and clean up.
Our clinics have an open floor plan - all the therapists work together to help and treat all patients in the clinic.
Our therapists are relaxed and easygoing, providing a great culture to be in - the therapists here all get along and do activities outside the clinic as well.
We do not overload the schedule from a company side - management does not harp on productivity but does want each therapist to hit the benchmark of 11 patients per day for the clinic to be successful - we offer a type of productivity bonus/profit share - each week the therapist hits the benchmark of 11 patients per day average for the week (calculated on units - looking for 4 quality units per visit - so 44 units per week) receives added pay; right now that is $120/week - for each level that goes up - 48 units would be $240 and so on.
We do not use techs, aides or assistants - so all treatment is provided and overseen by a licensed physical therapist - all therapists working together is how this works - a therapist may have 2 patients in the clinic at the same time - other therapists in the clinic may provide assistance for one if needed and vice versa.
We strive for a family atmosphere as we are locally owned by physical therapists.
We also try to take students from PT schools and would like all of our PTs to be CIs at some point.
