Why you should come work for us:

We know that choosing where to work is about much more than just salary. We want our team to enjoy coming to work each day, feel supported, and have the opportunity to build a long and rewarding career.

One of the things we're most proud of is the balance we provide. We value our therapists' time both in and out of the clinic, which is why we offer consistent 40-hour work weeks. We believe having time for family, friends, hobbies, and life outside of work makes for happier clinicians and better patient care.

Our clinic is built on teamwork, respect, and open communication. We enjoy working together, helping each other when needed, and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and continuing to learn. We want every member of our team to feel valued and appreciated.

We also believe great patient care takes time. Our one-on-one treatment sessions allow therapists to focus on each patient without feeling rushed or pressured by unrealistic productivity expectations. We trust our clinicians to use their knowledge and clinical judgment to provide individualized, evidence-based care that truly benefits each patient.

As a locally owned clinic, we're proud to serve our community and build lasting relationships with our patients, physicians, employers, and referral partners. Watching someone recover, regain confidence, and get back to doing what they love is one of the best parts of what we do.

At the end of the day, we're looking for people who care about their patients, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and want to make a difference. We work hard, laugh together, celebrate each other's successes, and genuinely enjoy what we do. We believe that when our therapists feel supported and respected, everyone benefits—including our patients.
