ABOUT THE POSITION

High end Physical Therapy outpatient clinic, referred to as the "Cadillac of Physical Therapy" by a referring doctor, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our amazing team in Menlo Park, CA.

We provide Orthopedics:  conservative and lots of post op care, Athletes: return to play, Running / gait analysis, Custom orthotics, and Hand Rehab by CHT.

Our therapists use a variety of modalities in their treatment, whichever they feel would be most appropriate for rapid results.

On average, our therapists see 11 patients per day (for 8 hours/day) ranging from about 15 years old to 90, in a 2400 sq ft modern facility. On 4 x 10 schedule we see 14 patients/day.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist with a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to patient care and a proven background in orthopedic physical therapy.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide high-level orthopedic care with a focus on athletic injury rehab, spinal treatment, and biomechanics.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients to return to their peak performance.
  • Work in a collaborative, energetic environment where patient education and long-term wellness are the top priorities.

We aren't a high-volume factory. We are an intimate, clinician-led team that prioritizes personal relationships and evidence-based care. If you have a strong manual therapy background and a sense of humor to match your clinical expertise, you’ll fit right in.

Why you should come work for us:

"I selected them because of their overall expertise and attention to my personal issues, concerns, and objectives."  This is a review from one of our patients.

Culture:  3 PTs - lots of learning among all PTs, ability to co-treat, mentoring from senior PT's, 40 min treatments to help avoid burnout and spend more time with patients, very fun environment with team oriented PTs.

A lot of patients have been elsewhere and have not gotten good results or outcomes.  They come to us and do well.  We are not a mill, factory, or part of a corporate owned chain.  Our PTs have lots of experience, not all new grads working with no guidance.
