ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a well-established dental practice (since 2003) in Clermont County with a strong community-focused mission. The owner has a deep passion for serving underserved populations, where there is significant demand for pediatric and special-needs dental care but is limited in providers.

A dedicated Pediatric Dentist who enjoys pediatrics and is proficient and who values a positive work environment, team unity, and compassionate care would be the ideal candidate and an important component to make the owner's vision a reality.

A dentist who is dedicated to serving the needs of the community through their profession and who is eager to connect their skills and positive personality to a mission that is bigger than themselves will be a perfect fit for our mission.

This position has a nice balance of service to the community and a healthy financial opportunity.  The owner's vision involves creating an environment that feels as if the dentist is on a humanitarian trip every week, complete with a healthy paycheck.

We provide Pediatric Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry with General Anesthesia, Endodontics, Oral Surgery (currently referring 3rd molars), Restorative, Fixed Prosthodontics (crown and bridge) and Removable Prosthodontics (partial dentures) to a primarily Medicaid pediatric population, though we have adult patients as well.

Treatment with general sedation is also available in the office.

Our office is in a restructuring phase, not only internally, but also relocation is part of our near future. The new office will have several upgrades, including dental chairs and better office flow.

Why you should come work for us:
  • Great Culture: Our staff is unified in their passion for treating patients, creating a supportive, collaborative, and uplifting work environment.  And, the culture can be enhanced with the right leadership.  The mission to serve the many people with Ohio Medicaid that need dental care is overwhelming for one provider.  If someone has a similar heart and clinical capacity to the owner, and is willing to work hard, work smart and have fun, then the collaborative effort between the owner and a good-fitting candidate will produce an exponential result—the reward of purpose, money and impact.
  • Diverse Procedures: While we currently focus on pediatric dentistry due to high demand, we also treat adults with a wide range of services, including endo, extractions, and more. If variety is what you desire, the opportunity here is truly unlimited.
  • Overwhelming Demand: With an unlimited patient population and a growing need for pediatric dentistry, we are seeking additional providers to help meet this demand and expand our services.
