Hourly $37.50 - $45.00.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking to add a Physical Therapist to our amazing team of therapists in Fort Collins, CO.

In this clinic we provide treatments based on the Schroth Method, BIG & LOUD, Cranio Sacral, Pilates, Personal Training, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Neuroplasticity.

We service patients of all ages with 30 min appointments, 45 min for new patients, and there is 1 hr 30 min built-in time for charting in the schedule.

Our current team includes 5 full-time PTs and 2 part-time PTS, and 2 PTAs.

The office has 6 private treatment rooms, 6 curtained cubicles, 2 traction tables & a gym area.

We offer treatments using the LiteGait Partial Weight Bearing device for assisted ambulation. PhotoLight Therapy for treatment of neuropathies, stress fractures.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist, can be a new grad or an experienced therapist, who can bring the following to us:

  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Drive to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Desire to continually learn and grow—Functional Dry Needling certification a plus!

Job responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the patient’s functional deficits & working towards the goals set out in the Plan of Care. 
  • Treating the whole person.
  • Education of the patient in their condition.

Your typical day includes:

  • Provide direct patient physical therapy care based on each patient’s individual needs.
  • Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment with emphasis on functional rehabilitation.
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care services via EMR and in accordance with APTA defensible documentation guidelines.
