Private well-established, over 80 years in business, family dental practice providing a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages.

Compensation:
$175k - $225k/year. Monthly base salary and 33% of adjusted production.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Prospering private family dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to add to our team in Green Bay, WI.

With a staff of 23, we deliver the full range of General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry to patients of all ages in 9 treatment rooms.

Our office has up-to-date dental equipment, allowing us to deliver superlative results for our patients. Witness all the 5 star reviews we have received over the years.

We are looking for an exceptional dentist, can be a highly motivated new grad, for whom we can provide mentorship as needed.

The dentist we are looking for should be level-headed, have a good work ethic, be team-oriented, have a good bedside manner, and have strong leadership skills.

You will be responsible for delivering Operative dentistry, Crown and Bridge, Endo, Extractions, Removable, and anything else you can do.

We are a great family-based established private practice. We have a steady flow of patients, and full books on the dentists' and hygienists schedules. It is a place that makes it easy to enjoy practicing dentistry. 

The senior partner is preparing for retirement, with an ideal structure for an incoming buyer to first associate for a short transition period before acquiring a 1/3 equity interest. The sale includes internal financing options as well as ownership in an associated real estate partnership.
