Compensation:Salary $50k - $65k+ depending on skills and experience. Bonuses on top of salary. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Growing private dental practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a proven track record in the dental or healthcare field for immediate and permanent placement.
We are looking for someone who understands a private practice setting and the differences in care and experience that a private practice must maintain to stay out of network with insurances. The candidate must have good leadership skills and be able to “coach” individuals in their respective positions.
You should have an ability to problem solve, manage, and lead a team while understanding the importance of running a business/keeping it profitable.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Take the minutiae of running a dental practice off the plate of the owner
- Most importantly, to manage a team and its respective departments (front desk/reception, hygiene, doctors, and assisting).
- It is crucial to be able to integrate a system where the team members can grow, and issues are detected and solved without them festering and causing a shift in culture.
The practice is growing and we are building a new office this year. You will have a great future with us.
