Description:
We are actively seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
General Dentistry practice delivering bread and butter dentistry, including implant placement, to mostly adult patients.
Compensation:90-day daily guarantee, then 32% up to 34% of net collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a brand new state-of-the-art facility providing general and family dentistry, restorative, preventative, endo and cosmetic dentistry.
Practice Highlights:
- High-volume PPO practice averaging over 130 new patients per month
- Strong existing patient base, with approximately 65% over the age of 60
- Growing younger demographic due to high new patient flow
- Currently staffed with 3 general dentists and a part-time endodontist (2 days/week)
- 3 Trios scanners in use, converting to Denticon in 2026
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in a wide range of procedures, including simple and surgical extractions
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
- Patient-focused and team-oriented
