Large and growing dental practice, backed by a DSO, runs like a private practice, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for immediate employment in Lady Lake.

You will be stepping into a busy practice with 11 doctors and 10 hygienists, plus admin staff, that produces about $1 million in revenue per month. Your task will be to manage and run this operation efficiently and successfully.

Specific responsibilities for this role:

• The operations manager will be over both front and back staff
• Work closely with office doctors to achieve big-picture goals
• Create a productive schedule to ensure we hit our daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Work closely with the DSO for any corporate initiatives
• Make the monthly staff schedule to ensure we hit our wage target
• Manage overhead so we maintain our 32% profit margin
• Help grow topline revenue by rolling out additional systems to improve the patient experience and retention
