Description:
Pediatric Dentist position to spearhead a new pediatric office that will be opening up in July this year in Washougal, WA, near Portland, OR.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
General Dentistry practice building a separate Pediatric Dentistry office for all of its pediatric patients. This is the opportunity to spearhead the growth of this new office and eventually become a partner in the business.
Compensation:33% of collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We currently operate a general practice out of a building that was built 10 years ago. There are 10 ops and plenty of other room to support it. We have 3 FT general dentists working there.
We are building a new building just down the road and want to hire a pediatric dentist to build a strictly pediatric office. This would be the only pediatric dental office within a 20-minute drive. We have incredible goodwill with the pediatric population through our school involvement.
Our current active pediatric population of 800 will be transferred to this new facility.
You will be responsible for providing all aspects of pediatric dentistry: exams, prophies, fillings, crowns, space maintenance appliances, sedation, and nitrous.
Orthodontic experience would be fantastic, but not a deal breaker. Early intervention for airway and arch development is also something that we have screened and treated in our practice for over 5 years.
Overall, we want a well rounded and experienced pediatric dentist.

We have got a team of 32 employees that have all worked anywhere from 3-20 years in the practice. We have built an incredible culture and are so excited to bring a pediatric-focused practice to our community. It is ripe for growth. The water is not fluoridated in Washougal, so there is a need. The nearest pediatric office is over 20 mins away.
