ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Growing group practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania offering positions with annual compensation of $300k - $400k possible, providing full range of dental services.
Compensation:$300k - $400k/year possible. Negotiable daily min, 30% - 32% of collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in West Deptford, NJ for immediate hire.

Key responsibilities and skills:
- Deliver all that we offer, i.e. Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Extractions, Root canals, Implants, Invisalign, etc., or as negotiated
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies
- Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures
- Strong case acceptance and patient communication skills
- Interest in continuing education and professional development
