ABOUT THE POSITION

Are you an occupational therapist with a passion for helping children and young adults up to 21 years old? Do you enjoy working in a team oriented environment with a constant demand for your services keeping you as busy as you want?

We seek a passionate and skilled occupational therapist who has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of their patients.

This position offers this for you:

  • Team atmosphere and support for learning.
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines.
  • Wide variety of clients.
  • Freedom to decide your work schedule (total hours and how often).
  • Onsite education with stipend.
  • Competitive wage or higher with a low productivity model.

We are an outpatient clinic providing outpatient physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy for pediatric patients serving the communities north of Austin, TX.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess developmental, sensory, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients's needs.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and families to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide guidance and education to families to support therapy goals at home.
Why you should come work for us:

While the 50% productivity pay offers competitive pay and benefits compared to other employers' full-time salaries, the option to work at higher productivity levels and achieve higher pay levels provides flexibility in achieving your financial goals.

This is a large clinic with many providers, each with a variety of high-level skills, acquired through treating a wide range of diagnoses in our clinic.

This clinic offers an unmatched experience for developing clinical skills through immersion within a large staff and a wide variety of client diagnoses, as well as on-site clinical education.

Many therapists have been employed for more than 5, 10, or even 15 years.

We have a strong culture of growth, team support, high-quality care, and, last but definitely not least, autonomy through flexible scheduling and independent decision-making.

There is always a waiting list, so plenty of work for anyone who wants more time in one place, but you completely control how much you take on.
