Pediatric practice providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy to patients from 0 to 21 years of age.
Compensation:$72,000-$125,000/year. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are an outpatient clinic providing outpatient physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy for pediatric patients serving the communities north of Austin, TX.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess developmental, sensory, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients's needs.
- Collaborate with other therapists and families to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and education to families to support therapy goals at home.
While the 50% productivity pay offers competitive pay and benefits compared to other employers' full-time salaries, the option to work at higher productivity levels and achieve higher pay levels provides flexibility in achieving your financial goals.
This is a large clinic with many providers, each with a variety of high-level skills, acquired through treating a wide range of diagnoses in our clinic.
