ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing 3-location physical therapy center in Atlanta is seeking to add another Physical Therapist to our amazing team as soon as possible.

We are looking for a therapist who is focused on an excellent patient experience, has a hunger to learn new techniques, is a good problem solver, thrives in a team-oriented, positive environment, and is compassionate and self-motivated.

We treat a patient population consisting of 10-90 years old.  A lot of our patients are active. We have a mix of high school athletes, weekend warriors, and people who want to maintain fitness as they age.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care focused on functional outcomes
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise programming
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term performance
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience

Why you should come work for us:

As a small business, we are able to treat our therapists like family.  We are not run by a corporate structure, and we have a personal relationship with our employees.

This allows us to make decisions with common sense instead of corporate rules or policies.

Our Therapists treat an average of 7.5 patients per day in a one-on-one setting, which allows for incredible patient care and promotes a sustainable workload, which helps avoid burnout.

We are a cash-based model, and we do not have any insurance billing pressures.

We value mentorship and continuing education.  We offer mentorship on many advanced certifications, including RedCord, shockwave, BFR, osteopathic evaluations and treatments of the spine and pelvis, IASTM, running assessments, SFMA, KT taping, and many other manual therapy techniques.

We value employee retention, and we work hard to provide a happy and fulfilling work environment.

There are opportunities for growth.  The schedule is flexible
