Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic with 2 locations in Southern California that offers a wide range of standard and specialty physical therapy services.

Compensation:
$30 - $35 per hour DOE.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our two outpatient clinics in San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente provide an unusual amount of standard and specialty physical therapy services to patients of all ages. We are growing our clinic in San Clemente and we are looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant to our team. 

We are seeking candidates that are hard-working, motivated, have great communication skills, organized, have good manual skills, computer literate and are team-oriented.

Our standard and specialty equipment consists of hot and cold laser, ultrasound, Alter G, Pilates reformers, traction tables, DMS, etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of the PT and treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.
  • They record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist.
  • The PTA will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
  • The PTA must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families.
