Immediate opening for a Dental Marketing Manager with a 2 location pediatric dental practice serving Fort Myers, FL.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
World class pediatric dentistry practice with 2 offices in southwest Florida providing fillings, crowns, extractions, IV sedations, and orthodontics to children of all ages.
We love kids and we understand what they need to feel comfortable in a dental office.
Compensation:$35+/hr depending on experience. Plus quarterly bonuses. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Prosperous private dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Marketing Manager for immediate employment.
This position is for the person who is motivated and focused every day with one mission/goal in mind: Where and how can we generate interest in our practice with respect to kids and their families choosing our practice for their dental needs.
It involves strategizing and brainstorming, in part internally with respect to marketing here in the building, but also out in the community; visiting schools, doctor offices etc., and representing our practice at our booth throughout the community at weekend events. Approximately 30-40% is inside the office and the other 60-70% out in the field.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, organized, focused on the mission at hand, and someone who is charismatic talking with families, and enjoys kids.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing social media platforms and office website
- Generating 5-star online reviews
- Going to schools and giving dental health presentations
- Visiting referring doctor office with referral packets
- Going to and setting up our booth at community events
- Planning and running our annual Touch-A-Truck event
This practice is not run by face-less corporate executives. The owner is on site and approachable if there are concerns or unique circumstances that need to be addressed.
We are a large and busy practice with two locations.
We need a person ready to jump in and help us re-organize our operations to run more efficiently.
