    Compensation:
    $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.

    ABOUT THE POSITION
    Well-established physical therapy practice with multiple locations in NYC and Connecticut is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for our Darien clinic. This role offers an opportunity to step into leadership while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and energetic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, evidence-based care with a manual therapy focus.
 
- Build meaningful patient relationships and treatment plans.
 
- Manage day-to-day operations alongside the Clinic Director.
 
- Supervise and educate support staff.
 
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and referral sources.
 
- Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (if desired).
 
Qualifications:
- Strong manual therapy skills and great communication.
 
- Leadership qualities and willingness to learn and grow.
 
- A strong background in exercise science/personal training and manual techniques is preferred.
 
- The ideal candidate is someone who is a passionate, responsible Physical Therapist that focuses on overall patient care and is looking for growth as a leader and to further develop clinical skills.
