Compensation:
Starting salary range $83k-$100k + uncapped quarterly production bonus.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Physical Therapist, you will enhance your patients' health and quality of life. Our Norfolk, VA location is looking for an enthusiastic therapist to join our team who has experience, or interest in gaining experience, in concussion treatment, dry needling and general orthopedics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing patient care, documentation, and coordination of care with other services as it relates to physical therapy
  • Identifying and assessing physical impairments, functional limitations, pain, and disability and their impact on physical ability and function
  • Develop an individualized plan of care focused on mutually determined physical and functional goals
  • Treat and educate to prevent and alleviate physical impairments and to optimize physical function and/or comfort

Other qualities we are looking for include leadership, experience and excellent customer service and patient care. 

In this office you will be the sole full-time PT with 2.5 PTAs and 2 techs.
