Description: General Dentist position available for immediate hire in long and well established private dental practice serving St. Albans, VT.

Well established full service family dental practice of 52 years, providing outstanding care to patients of all ages in modern technologically up-to-date dental practice.

Compensation:
30% of adjusted production with lab fees covered by the practice. Daily min negotiable.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our long-established, growing general practice in the heart of St. Albans, Vermont.

We are a family-owned, non-DSO practice with 52 years of service to our community—and we’re proud to offer a truly unique blend of cutting-edge technology, mentorship, and small-town heart.

Our practice delivers the full scope of general dentistry to patients of all ages including pediatric restorative; mixed dentition orthodontics, Invisalign first, Myobrace, Healthystart, and more.

Qualifications:

  • A recent grad, AEGD/GPR-trained dentist, or experienced provider excited to learn and grow
  • Curiosity to learn and get to know the area, our patients & their unique stories
  • Reliable and a good problem solver; communicates well with patients and team

Your responsibilities will include restorative, operative, crown and bridge, extractions, removable prosthodontics, periodontics and depending on experience and skill set, bone grafting & GBR, surgical implants, and wisdom teeth extraction.

According to an April 2025 Becker’s Dental Review report, general dentists in Vermont earn well above the national average. 

We have worked with associates previously and we are growing & looking to expand. We are looking forward to mentoring a younger dentist & also offering more opportunities for autonomy and being the clinical lead many days.
