ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient physical therapy group is seeking to add a physical therapist to our team of amazing professionals. In this practice we provide general rehab, sports rehab, pre and post op care, and we are also hypermobility specialists with rare conditions like CCI, Dysautonomia, EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), and more.

We service patients from about 12 years old and up in a 3400 sq ft facility with a gym and all the tools for effective delivery, including a Pilates reformer.

We are looking for a proactive physical therapist who is passionate about their craft, and who shows a growth mindset.

Your responsibilities will be general physical therapist responsibilities per CA license duties and guidelines. Our therapists utilize a number of methods in their treatments such as Strain counter strain, Mckenzie, cupping, Graston, Maitland mobilisation, fascial release and Pilates, so any familiarity you have with these will be beneficial.

Why you should come work for us:

We offer true work–life balance and flexibility. Our PTO is yours to take — we encourage you to rest and recharge, not feel guilty for it. You’ll also have the freedom to set your own hours and work at a comfortable, sustainable pace.

We believe in quality over quantity, providing 45-minute one-on-one sessions with no double-booking. This allows you to focus on patient care without feeling rushed or overworked.

What really sets us apart is our 6-month one-on-one mentorship program and monthly in-services with top physicians and specialists in the area — giving you continuous professional growth and clinical confidence.

So while another clinic might offer a few dollars more, they’ll often work you twice as hard. Here, you’ll find a supportive, holistic environment that values your well-being, your growth, and your long-term career satisfaction.
