ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver outstanding results in our patients.

We are currently in the middle of searching for a larger office, which will allow us to double our team to meet the growing demand for our services.

While our primary focus is orthopedics and sports, we also serve a pediatric population. For PTs with an interest in pediatrics, this provides an exciting opportunity to incorporate that specialty into their caseload.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist
  • Strong education and clinical expertise
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Drive to continually learn and grow
  • Professional behavior and excellent interpersonal communication skills

Your responsibilities will include (not a complete list):

  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
  • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
  • Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
  • Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
  • Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs
  • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
  • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
  • Promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Collaborate with other health professionals
  • Monitor and communicate progress while documenting patient care services
Why you should come work for us:
  • Great team environment with minimal drama and a lot of camaraderie
  • Excellent place for a new grad or newer Physical Therapist to learn from experienced staff
  • Individualized treatment focus with 60-minute evaluations and 60-minute follow-ups (30 minutes with PT, 30 minutes with aide)
  • Flexibility to treat in your own style with full support from leadership
  • Competitive salary, PTO, holiday and sick leave, employer-paid health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) match, and CE reimbursement
  • Relaxed, uplifting, and supportive clinic culture
  • 4-day, 10-hour work schedule preferred by staff, offering a weekday off
  • Independently owned with direct access to a supportive onsite owner
