Compensation:
$85,000 – $105,000+ depending on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Thriving, PT-owned private practice in Germantown, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with a manual therapy focus.
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs using a multi-modal approach.
  • Provide patient-centered care that emphasizes quality outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in manual therapy and exercise-based treatment.
  • Team player with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • CPR/Compliance training (provided if needed).

All terms are highly flexible and negotiable — from PTO and hours, to patient load, to weekends.
