Immediate opening for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lancaster, CA.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
We are a two location outpatient ortho and sports physical therapy company with locations in Woodland Hills and Lancaster, CA. This position is for the Lancaster office. Compensation:$95k - $120k base salary. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
We do things differently. Traditional physical therapy focuses mostly on episodic symptom relief and basic mobility using generic one-size-fits-all protocols.
Our experts go beyond the basics to find and fix the underlying cause of the condition; so that patients can reclaim their comfort and confidence to do more of what they live for.
We provide sports and orthopedic physical therapy to a patient population ranging from about 15 years old up to about 65. We have a 3000 sq ft facility with a gym including equipment for Blood Flow Restriction training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform evaluations
- Thorough documentation
- Create plan of care
- Communicate regularly with team members
- Oversee PTA and aides
You should be a solid Communicator, Honest, Responsible, with Positive energy, Hard working, Open minded, Patient centered, and Team oriented.
Ideally you have an athletic background/minded, active, fit, ready to lead, hungry for growth.
We provide orthopedic physical therapy, post-operative rehab, treatment of acute and chronic pain, sports injuries (sprains, strains, overuse injuries, biomechanic evaluations), work injuries, Medicare patients, return to sport programs, balance and gait training, bridging the gap between rehab and fitness.
