Description: Immediate opening for a Board Certified Periodontist in multi-specialty private dental practice serving Rockford, IL, just outside Chicago.

Compensation:
Daily min. $1500, 40% of collections.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a talented and patient-focused Periodontist to join our state-of-the-art, 18-operatory multi-specialty clinic. Built in 2023 and equipped with the latest technology, our practice supports high-quality care and seamless collaboration between specialists. You'll benefit from strong internal referrals, an in-house lab and mill, and the autonomy to provide excellent periodontal treatment your way.

As a Periodontist here, you'll enjoy working with CT imaging, digital scanning, intraoral cameras, and surgical guides—all readily available in our in-house lab, with rapid turnaround times. You’ll be supported by a clinical team that values precision, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose and treat periodontal disease using both surgical and non-surgical methods
  • Perform periodontal surgeries, including flap surgery, bone grafting, and soft tissue grafting
  • Place dental implants and perform sinus lifts or ridge augmentations as needed
  • Collaborate with referring general dentists and other specialists for coordinated care
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using CBCT and digital diagnostics
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Open Dental
  • Educate patients about periodontal maintenance and long-term oral health
