Description: We are hiring. New opening for a Physical Therapist in growing private outpatient company in West Springfield, MA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Outpatient physical therapy clinic with 2 locations providing physical therapy services to patients ranging from about 10 years old to 80+.

Compensation:
$40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide physical therapy in 2 locations, West Springfield and Westfield, and this opening is in our West Springfield office.

Services we provide include: Physical Therapy (ortho, neuro, sports, vertigo, TMJ).

Alter G Treadmill Membership.

Dry Needling Services.

Active Release Techniques.

Wellness Services - Acupuncture, Tai Yoga Body Work.

We treat a wide range of conditions and utilize different treatment techniques depending on what is needed for the patient.

Our facility is 3300 sq ft, featuring an Alter G treadmill, TRX and standard physical therapy equipment.

Currently we employ 10 therapists and support personnel.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team, someone who is kind, friendly, positive and good with time-management would be well suited for this position. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Therapists are autonomous in their practice of physical therapy, with company targets and metrics to ensure viable employment stability for the team.

Each therapist has an active list of patients they are responsible for to manage the patient's plan of care, progression, address issues and consult team members as needed. 

Physical therapists are responsible for timely documentation of evaluations, reevaluations, ongoing care and discharges.  Supervision of PTAs and Techs on staff as needed.
