Employer Testimontial
"Our new employee is doing great and patients really like him. I can say that Mya listened to my needs and was able to find a candidate to fit my clinic's profile. She did not waste my time with candidates that did not meet our needs. Our new PT is fabulous and is a great addition to the Lifestyle team. I would absolutely use Mya and The People Link again."

An Interview Must
While there are many guidelines employers and hiring managers should adhere to when interviewing potential employees, being fully prepared is a must. Do your research ahead of time. Clear your schedule fully. Make sure you've read the applicant's resume. Know the questions you want to ask before the interview begins. Know the type of person you want and the qualification he or she needs. Coordinate with other staff and executives so all of you are on the same page.

A hiring interview should always be conducted in a professional manner, which makes being fully prepared a must.
Our Referral Program
We appreciate and value your business. We also know the value of word-of-mouth referrals.
