Our state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Studio unites traditional orthopedic physical therapy with the most progressive and innovative techniques.
Pilates-based rehabilitation is a successful approach for quick recovery from orthopedic injuries, reduction of stress-related aches and pains, and correction of postural dysfunctions, as well as extremely helpful with a wide variety of chronic challenges such as fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.
Our Henderson clinic has an opening for a Physical Therapist to join our amazing team of therapists, Pilates experience is not required, we will train you.
We service patients in the age range of about 12 - 95 and each therapist is provided with PT techs to assist with treatments.
Your responsibilities will include:
We see in you someone who is passionate, empathetic, and works well with others.
Our state-of-the-art facilities provide a positive, energetic, and aesthetically pleasing setting where you feel at home providing excellent care to your patients.
Why you should come work for us:
We are a family owned clinic, which means our team members are also treated like family.
Therapists have clinical autonomy and they also have other Physical Therapists with different backgrounds to share ideas with.
We value patient care and pride ourselves in being as ethical as can be. We have taken steps to ensure our patients receive quality care by seeing less patients and employing more staff so that we provide one on one care.
With us being pilates based, we offer monthly training for our clinical team members with our instructors to go over safety and new exercises.
We offer great dental, vision, and medical benefits. We understand that burnout is real and we try to prevent it anyway possible. We want our Physical Therapists to be happy so that they may provide the best care to patients.
We reward hard work and pay does not stay stagnant. We have an open door policy so ideas and questions are always welcome.
We do not believe in giving patients a sheet of exercises and leaving them alone.
