ABOUT THE POSITION

Come join one of the fastest growing offices in all of Ohio! In the past year, our patient base has grown 1100 patients in the past year, with 40-70 new patients continuing to come each month. Work with a top-tier clinical and support team in an environment that is among the best you will ever come across.

Before the recent national closure of dental offices, the practice was weeks away from starting a remodel to expand the practice from 6 to 14 operatories with all new equipment and decor. We fully plan on continuing with this 6 month construction project immediately after opening again.

With coaching available from experienced dentists, our dentist is encouraged to do whatever procedures he or she feels capable of doing. We currently do all facets of general dentistry, do 3D printed crowns (E4D machine), do most endos, perio, and ortho within the practice. With the expansion, we will be procuring a CBCT machine to begin offering implants.

We have a staff of 11 servicing about 35 - 45 patients per day with an average age of 42 years old. In the past 2 1/2 years we have seen over 5100 patients. We accept most insurance plans but do not work with Medicaid.

Our practice is fully digital with an E4D machine, Panoramic, digital sensors, and a soft tissue laser.

Your responsibilities will include:
 - Be an active leader with our clinical team, leading by word and actions.
 - Actively work with the broader team to provide a "rave-worthy" experience for each patient.
 - Working with our team members to improve our team, coordinate patient needs effectively.
 - Contribute to our community of associates to share and apply best practices.

You should have a growth mindset to strive for consistent improvement both individually and as a part of the whole team.

Why you should come work for us:
Our team is widely recognized as one of the best in all of northwestern Ohio. Our team has superb skillsets and enjoy working in a fun, patient focused culture.

Our broader community of 57,000 people is served by only 8 regional dentists, providing our associate tremendous growth opportunities. Our city was recently rated as a top 100 small city nationally due to our economically dynamic and well educated community, supported by two prospering universities and several booming major employers in economically safe industries.

We provide young and developing dentists access to top-tier mentors to help them grow their skillsets to become world class dentists. The associates enjoy a suite of benefits to provide a holistic and competitive compensation package, including a form of equity earn-in.

Associates enjoy a lower-stress, patient focused position as our experienced business team manages all non-clinical aspects of the practice for them. Enjoy being part of a broader team of dentists at associated practices that socialize and learn together.

This opportunity is extremely rare, from the earning potential to the expert coaching, from the first class team to the developing first class facilities. Come join our team today!

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
