ABOUT THE POSITION

Our office has earned a reputation for the highest quality of dentistry. We are in a neighborhood of Seattle called Columbia City. Columbia City is a vibrant business district minutes from downtown Seattle. Our office is in a small office building with lots of free parking and walking distance to a light rail station and great restaurants. We completely remodeled our office 4 years ago and have modern equipment.

Our practice provides these services: Cleanings and Prevention, Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontal and Restorative.

We see all ages starting around 3 years old. Small children are a very small percentage of our patients. Our hygienists usually see 8 patients a day and they do adult dental prophys, perio maintenance and quad scales, our assistants take care of children up to 13.

The hygienists clean their own instruments and do their chart notes.  They do not need to schedule their patients.

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a team and and loves teaching our patients about high quality dental care and their oral health.

Why you should come work for us:
Our practice is truly a family business. The practice was started by the owner's father in 1959.

We are now seeing the grandchildren of those original patients. Our staff have also become family. Our recently retired hygienist worked here for over 25 years and our previous hygienist was here for 30 years.

We have daily morning huddles and monthly staff meetings with lunch and continuing education to keep our team up to date.

We also have off-site office retreats.  We offer more benefits than most other dental offices.  We have a matching 401-K plan, monthly bonuses, yearly profit sharing, medical benefits and paid sick/vacation time
