Description: We have an immediate opening for a full time permanent staff Physical Therapist in our growing 3 location outpatient company, in NW Florida.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a multi-location physical therapist owned outpatient clinic in northwest Florida. Since its inception the company has grown to include a multidisciplinary team offering Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Medical Fitness and Massage Therapy treating many different types of diagnoses with multiple specialty programs.
Compensation:
$60k - $85k per year DOE

ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Medical Fitness Memberships, Massage, Rocksteady Boxing to a patient population ranging from 0 years - 99 years old. Therapists treat on average 12 patients per day.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability by performing your duties.
  •  Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data. Administers manual exercises to improve and maintain function. Instructs, motivates, and assists patient to perform various physical activities and in use of assistant and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
  • Directly supervises 1-2 employees in the clinic. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
